# Érable AI Governance: health products

> Érable AI Governance is an Ontario sole proprietorship based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It builds software for hospitals and specialist clinics: TrueWait (wait list management), Charta (case workspace and draft reports for specialist clinics, starting with cardiology) and Steriwatch (early warning for hospital sterilizers and steam systems). AI in these products drafts text only, and a physician or staff member reviews and approves. Nothing interprets medical images. Hosting is in Canada, and the products are designed to align with PHIPA (a design goal, not a certification).

Puts a patient's referrals, reports and prior tests on one screen and drafts the consult report, reply letter and OHIP billing suggestions. The physician reviews and signs. It does not interpret images or waveforms.

Gives early warning when sterilizers, steam, water or washers drift. It never releases loads or decides sterility, and uses no patient information.
