Érable AI Governance is a sole proprietorship in Ontario. We build software for hospitals and clinics that are asked to do more with the same staff.
We do not replace the clinician, the reprocessing technician, or the access coordinator. The products assemble, check, and prepare. A person approves what changes and what goes out.
A first conversation needs no patient information. Anything you share with us is treated as confidential. Pilots are paid and run for 90 days, with your staff in control.
The products
- TrueWait
TrueWait cleans surgical and imaging wait lists. It finds people who were already treated, are listed twice, have moved, or no longer want care, and confirms with them in their own language. Staff sign off before anyone is removed. Freed slots go back to people who are still waiting.
- Charta
Charta is a case workspace for cardiology, sleep, neurology, and addiction clinics. It brings in referrals, reports, and prior tests, and drafts the report, the reply letter, and OHIP billing suggestions. Every sentence in a draft links to its source page. The physician reviews and signs. Charta never interprets raw waveforms.
- Steriwatch
Steriwatch is a cross-brand early warning for steam, water, washers, and sterilizers. In testing on synthetic data, it flagged failures 5 to 12 days early. It never decides whether instruments are sterile.
